Working principle:
The screw press operates on the principle of physical extrusion for dewatering. The sophisticated equipment is composed of a drive system, feed box, screw auger, screen, pneumatic material blocking device, sump, and frame. As the material is introduced into the equipment, it undergoes progressive pressure extrusion via the spiral auger. Excess liquid is expelled through the screen at the liquid outlet, while the moisture-reduced material is continuously propelled by the spiral auger and discharged through the resistance device.
