3. Rotate clockwise until resistance is felt, then complete one full revolution. Adjust the hand wheel according to the state of the cake for optimal results.
4. Once pressing is complete, continue pressing for an additional 3-5 minutes, then activate the motor stop switch, turn off the heating switch, and finally disconnect the power switch.
