Working principle:
1. The advanced TMR series full-mix ration mixer is predominantly composed of one or two intricately designed twisted augers, offered in both left-handed and right-handed configurations for optimal performance.
2. During the simultaneous cutting and mixing process, materials are meticulously moved from both ends towards the center of the mixer. Each spiral lead of the auger is adorned with a dynamic moving blade, effectively cutting alongside the stationary teeth centrally aligned within the feed mixer.
3. Different fibrous forages and straws are expertly cut and stirred to achieve a thoroughly mixed and uniformly blended dietary feeding regimen.
Outlet system:
The discharge door control is a sophisticated system composed of a hydraulic oil cylinder, fixed support, linked support, and a sliding discharge baffle. The discharge sliding baffle operates on the reciprocating axis of the hydraulic cylinder, allowing for precise opening or closure. A robust high-strength magnetic plate is strategically positioned to effectively remove iron contaminants. Users can also opt for a discharge conveyor installation, with discharge doors customizable on either the left or right side to meet specific user requirements.
