1. Charcoal stove
Introduction:
The gas flow type charcoal stove is widely used in charcoal making plant, it takes less time for carbonization and the produced combustible gas will be recycled for burning , which is greatly save energy cost and environment friendly .
Feature:
(1)The charcoal stoveonly needs small quality of heat consumption.Just use one inner stove, and the gas produced by it will be enough to supply other furnaces. During this process, no smoke is released, and the hot air can use recycled which is a good way to save time and energy.
(2)The furnaces are equipped with the lifting crane which can help you to put and take out the inner pots and charcoals easily.

2. Double shaft mixer

3. Pipe Dryer
Working principle:
In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and raw material is large, so the heat transfer rate is high.
It is special suitable for drying heat sensitive material like sawdust, rice hull, milled wheat straw, milled cotton/ corn stalks and so on. It also can be used for drying the grain better.
The HGJ SERIES dryer has the feature of low cost and high efficient. It can reduce moisture from 40-45% to 8-12%.
Fuel for the furnace: wood waste, coal. Waste oil and so on.

4. Charcoal extruding machine
Introduction:
This charcoal making machine can make charcoal powder or all kinds of coal powder into briquette for burning.
The shape of briquette can be cube, round, hexagonal, cinquefoil, with hold in center or not. We can also install auto cutter for u at the machine outlet, the finished product length can be adjusted. The final briquettes have a high density and fuel value which can keep long burning time.
