Product Description

Application:

Our VIC-LH series vertical circle mould pellet machine is mainly used to process pellet from materials such as sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo powder, palm fiber etc.
Main feature:
1.Gear box: gear box is driven by high-precision gears, matched with automatic hydraulic recycling lubricant oil system which keeps the gearbox working stability and pellet machine stable structure;
2. Blower system: blowing system is located on the site of work bin, can control the blower work time freely, the main function is removing dust and discharge steam from pellet machine workroom.
3. Vertical motor: 8p motor with vertical work, mounting hole with output shaft as the center, equidistant distribution to make pellet machine more powerful and stability
4. Core part: ring mould and roller materials are alloy steel, hardness more than 52, which can assure the pellet quality and also increase life time.
5. Working method: the working way is pressed pellets from inside to outside, combined with centrifugal force and extrusion pressure, improve capacity and meanwhile to assure pellets hardness and density. Adopt 3-8 rollers special design to increase press rate and capacity, the mould is vertical double layer design, it can choose 2 moulds with same hole size, also can choose each mould different hole size to save the different size pellet mould cost.
6. Roller: roller with auto oil filling system, the oiling time and working time can control freely, the oil filling frequency can freely adjusted by working time to make sure machine can work 24 hours without stop, and also can avoid traditional stop machine to fill oil time and save labor cost, this can highly increase working efficiency.
