Cold Oil Press Machine (YZ-12L)
1.Application:
YZ-12L two-shafts low-temperature expeller is a new product, in the pressing cage there are two parallel pressing shafts with contrary rotating direction. The design can get high compression ratio and oil, the oil pass can self-clean. The machine is suitable for both low and high temperature pressing of vegetable oil-bearing crops such as husked rapeseeds, peanut kernal, sunflower seedskernal, chinaberry seeds kernal, Perilla seeds kernal, etc. Its rather good to press special oil-bearing crops.
Big pre-expeller mainly used in oil factory with complete processing plant, the raw materials mainly can process high oil content oil seeds such as walnut, flax seeds, rapeseeds, sesame, peanut kernal, etc. The feeder have to connect with steam to supply steam to soften the raw materials to get maxmum oil output rate. The extracted oil cake goes into solvent extraction plant to extract the residue oil out of cake.
