1. The gearbox of the main gearbox (Jie brand reducer) features a sophisticated cold oil circulation spray device, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of the gearbox bearings and gears, significantly extending their service life;
2. The main gearbox, crafted through independent research and design, boasts attributes such as a large gear module, exceptional strength, resistance to torsion and thrust, and operates with minimal noise. The gears employ hard tooth surface grinding technology for enhanced durability;
3. The snails and bars are constructed from cemented carbide and have an impressive service life of at least 6 months;
4. The outer cover plate of the oil press is expertly crafted from 304 stainless steel;
5. The oil press pulley is a durable Martin wheel;
6. The oil press's exterior has been meticulously shot blasted to remove any rust, polished, and further protected with two coats of Everest brand glossy anti-rust paint. The final coat features an eye-catching Goldfish brand phthalocyanine green finish;
7. The main shaft and the reducer are seamlessly connected by a square-head coupling. This innovative connection method ensures the shaft remains intact, effectively preventing fatigue fractures. The main shaft is a hollow cooling shaft equipped with an electric cake adjusting device for optimal performance;
8. Employing a forced feeding and variable frequency speed auger guarantees uninterrupted equipment pressing operation.
