Function of the parts of the dryer:
Hot furnace: Provide the hot air for the roller drump, which can dry the material continuously.
Roller drump: The most important of the rotary drum dryer, the material will be dried inside the roller through the hot air;
Cyclone discharge: the rotary drum dryer can discharge the finished products to outside, and decrease the pollution.
Working principle:
1.Material to be dried enters the rotary drum dryer, and as the drying machine rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the 2.inner wall of the dryer.
3.When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it 4.falls.
5.Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapor to be discharged into the atmosphere.
6.Then the materials would be dried
