1.Introduction for the line:
The briquette making plant is widely used for making charcoal briquette with agricultural and industrial wastes. The raw material can be sawdust, rice husk, sugarcane trash, stalk, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalk, bamboo dust, wheat straw, forestry wastes, wood chips and other Agro wastes. The finished briquette has good featured with long buring time, great firepower, smokeless, suitable for as fuel for boiler, stove, family and industrial use.
2.Production line drawing:
Process:
(1) crush raw material into pieces not extend 5mm
(2) If moisture is extend 20%, should use dryer to dry material to 12%-15%
(3) Making briquette stick
(4) Put briquette stick into charcoal stove
(5) Finished product and packaged
