Introduction:

6NS-33 rice hulling machine is suitable for peeling the rice, wheat, millet, corn and completely separate of seeds and husks. All its quick-wrest parts, like the grinding wheel, the colloidal retarders and the sifter, are standardized parts and can be changed with little effort. This rice hulling machine can be used any where there is power. It is suitable for all kinds of grain processing factories, especially the medium-sized and small factories in the rural areas.
    The material enters the whitening chamber by hopper through inlet gate control.  In the whitening chamber, the materials are peeled and whitened through the interaction among the grinding wheel, the resistance knife and the iron sieve, and part of the shell or skin is discharged through the iron plug hole. Because of the suction of the fan, the shell or skin is discharged through the air passage of the vertical shaft of the base, and the other part is cleaned and extracted along with the grain when flowing through the peeling device. Thus, the separation is achieved through two times of separation and cleaning.
    Grain grinding degree is determined by grinding wheel particle size, machine speed, grinding chamber pressure, resistance, grinding chamber working pressure by adjusting the inlet and outlet grain flow (adjust the inlet gate and outlet gate) to change, cleaning separation effect can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the air inlet on both sides of the peeling device to change.
