Instructions for use:
1. Start by adding water to your material for coating, ensuring a uniform mix with a water content of 30%-40%. Begin the operation by activating the machine to initiate the coating process.
2. Once the ball plate is running smoothly, introduce the pre-mixed material. As the plate rotates, the material elevates and descends due to gravitational forces, gradually shaping a base core within 2-3 minutes, with a diameter of 1-3mm. During this phase, add dry powder to the disc while also spraying water mist. This encourages the core to expand to the desired particle size, allowing finished balls to overflow from the disc's edge.
3. Achieve desired particle sizes by adjusting the ball plate angle. A smaller angle yields larger particles, while a larger angle results in smaller particles, giving you precise control over the final product.
4. Post-coating, ensure to clean the ball-forming disc thoroughly, preparing it for subsequent use, thus maintaining the machine's longevity and performance.
