Working principle:
1. The TMR series full-mix ration mixer features a design of one or two twisted augers, available in both left-handed and right-handed configurations.
2. As the materials are mixed and cut, they travel from the ends toward the center of the mixer, facilitated by each spiral lead equipped with a moving blade for cutting against fixed teeth along the mixer's center line.
3. Fibrous forages and straws are expertly cut and stirred, achieving a thoroughly uniform mixing effect ideal for diet feeding.
Outlet system:
The discharge operation is managed using a hydraulic oil cylinder, fixed support, linked support, and a sliding discharge baffle. This system allows for seamless opening or closing of the discharge, aided by a high-strength magnetic plate for efficient iron removal. Users can opt for a discharge conveyor installation, with the discharge door customizable to open on either the left or right, as per user preferences.
