1. Begin by introducing water to the material designated for coating and stir until homogenized (maintain water content at 30%-40%). Subsequently, activate the machine to commence the coating process.
2. As the ball plate attains regular operational speed, introduce the prepared material. This material ascends with the ball plate's rotation, subsequently rolling down due to gravity's influence. During this phase, a foundational core emerges (within 2-3 minutes, achieving a 1-3mm diameter). At this juncture, infuse dry powder into the ball forming disk, concurrently spraying water mist. This gradually enlarges the core, and once it attains the desired particle size, the expertly finished balls gently overflow from the disc's periphery.
3. Achieve your desired particle size by adjusting the ball plate's angle: A smaller angle results in larger particles, whereas a steeper angle produces finer-sized balls.
