The TMR mixer is available in a range of sizes from 3 cubic meters to 12 cubic meters.
Working principle:
1. The innovative TMR series full-mix ration mixer is equipped with either one or two twisted augers, differentiated by their left-handed or right-handed design.
2. As the mixing process unfolds, materials are expertly cut and merged from both ends towards the center of the box. The auger spiral's lead features a dynamic moving blade that collaborates with fixed teeth located along the center line of the feed mixer for efficient cutting.
3. The fibrous forages and straw undergo thorough cutting and stirring, achieving a perfectly uniform and comprehensive mixing effect for an optimized diet feeding strategy.
Outlet system:
The discharge control system features a robust hydraulic oil cylinder, stationary support, linked support, and a sliding discharge baffle. The sliding baffle, mounted on the hydraulic cylinder's reciprocating axis, allows for seamless opening or closing of discharge. A high-strength magnetic plate ensures thorough iron removal, with the option for a user-installed discharge conveyor. The discharge door is customizable to left or right side based on user preference.
