Introduction:
The equipment uses sawdust, wood chips, coconut shells, nut shells, various biomass, capacitors, electronic waste, scrap metal from can paint removal, etc. as raw materials. These materials are transported into the rotary furnace and can be carbonized at high temperature in one go. The rotary carbonization furnace equipment dries and carbonizes the materials during operation. The flue gas generated can be recycled. The diverted flue gas is combustible gas, which can be used as fuel. The furnace bottom is recycled for its own combustion and heating. This equipment Environmentally friendly, energy-saving, pollution-free, and easy to operate.

1. Raw material requirements: moisture content within 40%, particle size: <50mm
2. Heating method: burning wood, liquefied gas or natural gas (an additional burner is required)
