The double shaft spiral mixing machine is intricately designed, composed of a durable casing, precision-engineered screw shaft assembly, efficient driving device, integrated piping, secure cover plate, and protective chain cover. 1. The shell, crafted from resilient sheet metal and section steel, is meticulously welded and constructed at our facility. It seamlessly integrates with other components to provide a sturdy support structure for the twin-shaft mixer. Its design ensures a sealed environment, effectively preventing any fly ash or ash leakage.
2. At the heart of the twin-shaft mixer is the screw shaft assembly, a critical component comprising left and right spiral shafts, bearing seats, bearing sleeves, covers, gears, sprockets, oil cups, blades, and more.
The precision-crafted left and right spiral shafts boast stringent manufacturing and performance standards, ensuring optimal fit with bearing housings, sleeves, and covers. With a gear modulus of 8, 60 teeth, and a tooth angle of 20°, along with a sprocket pitch of 50.8 and 25 teeth, the assembly aligns with GB1224-85 standards. Protective covers ensure safe, effective operation. An innovative pressure-matched injection oil cup facilitates convenient and efficient lubrication. The blades, constructed from abrasion-resistant composite ceramic, feature a straightforward, effective design for easy replacement, promising an extended service life.
3. The water conditioning and humidity piping system is expertly crafted, comprising stainless steel atomizing cone nozzles, joints, and nozzles. Strategically positioned above the mixer casing and aligned with the spiral axis, they form a water curtain that aids in the effective humidification and agitation of materials. The simple, durable stainless steel nozzle design ensures easy replacement and long-term, corrosion-resistant performance. Moisture content can be precisely controlled via a manual regulating valve on the water supply line.
4. The cover plate ensemble includes a left, middle, right, hole, and manhole cover. Six strategically placed manholes on either side of the twin-shaft mixer facilitate routine inspections and maintenance. Additionally, the twin-shaft mixer serves as the endpoint for pneumatic conveying.
