Instructions for use:
1. Begin by adding water to the coating material, ensuring even stirring (water content should be between 30%-40%), before activating the machine for the coating process.
2. As the ball plate operates smoothly, introduce the prepared material into the ball plate. The material ascends with the rotation and descends due to gravity, gradually shaping into a base core within 2-3 minutes with a diameter of 1-3mm. At this stage, sprinkle dry powder into the forming disc and simultaneously mist the disc with water. The base core will expand until it reaches the desired particle size, after which the finished product elegantly exits from the disc's edge.
3. Achieve your desired particle size by adjusting the ball plate angle; a smaller angle results in a larger particle size and vice versa.
4. Once the coating process concludes, thoroughly clean the ball forming disc to prepare it for subsequent usage.
