Introduction of main equipment:
1.Degumming, water washing,alkali refining and drying

2.Dewaxing

3.Decolorization
Remove the pigment and residual gum,to avoid producing return oil state when high temperature physical deacidification.
4.Physical deacidification, deodorization
In order to remove the free fatty acid and small molecule volatile.Selection of efficient high acid value packed tower flashed rice bran oil deacidification, plate tower with a combination of low acid value to delay rice bran oil deacidification, deodorization, thermal bleaching, advanced technology and reliable for different grades of oil refining
5. Degreasing
Deodorized oil with defatted oil into the pre-cooling heat exchange tank, followed by crystallization feed tank. Crystal frequency control tank, slowly and evenly cooling, the precipitated lipids
