Application:
This product can make fine and rough feeds mix evenly, improve feed palatability, avoid nutritional imbalance caused by picky eating of dairy cows, increase milk output, and is suitable for large, medium and small pastures throughout China. The specifications of TMR mixer are 3 cubic meters-12 cubic meters.
Working principle:
1. The TMR series full-mix ration mixer mainly consists of one or two twisted augers, which are divided into left-handed and right-handed.
2. During the mixing and cutting, the materials are simultaneously cut and mixed from the two ends of the box to the middle position of the mixer. Each spiral lead of the auger spiral is equipped with a moving blade, which is used for cutting with the fixed teeth on the center line of the feed mixer.
3. The various fibrous forages and straws are cut and stirred to achieve a complete mixing and uniform mixing diet feeding effect.
Outlet system:
The discharge door control is composed of hydraulic oil cylinder, fixed support, linked support, and sliding discharge baffle. The discharge sliding baffle is installed on the reciprocating axis of the hydraulic cylinder, which can open the discharge or close the block. The discharge place is equipped with a high-strength magnetic plate to complete the iron removal task. The user can also choose to install the discharge conveyor. The discharge door can be set on the left or right according to user requirements.
