Cooking fermenter with Electric hoist
Instruction:
1.Put the whole bunch of palm fruit into the steel fruit basket first;
2.Use the electric hoist to put the fruit basket into the cooking pot
Thresher with the same electric hoist
Instruction:
1.Use the electric hoist to put the cooked whole bunch of palm fruit basket out of the cooking pot;
2.Move the rack of the hoist to the top of the thresher, open the bottom of the fruit basket, and the raw materials fall into the thresher;
3.Start the thresher machine to complete the separation of the palm fruit from the branches
4.The palm fruit reaches the distributor through the bucket(or screw conveyor), and the branches are transported out through the belt conveyor.

Vibration filter for the pretreatment
Instruction:
Since the freshly squeezed palm fruit oil is relatively viscous, it is necessary to use a vibrating filter to remove impurities, and then filter it with a plate and frame filter.
