It caters effectively to large, medium, and small pastures across China. The TMR mixer specifications range from 3 cubic meters to a generous 12 cubic meters, accommodating diverse operational needs.
Working principle:
1. The TMR series full-mix ration mixer primarily features one or two twisted augers, ingeniously crafted into left-handed and right-handed configurations.
2. During the process of mixing and cutting, materials are adeptly sliced and amalgamated from both ends of the mixer box to its center. Each spiral lead of the auger is fitted with a dynamic blade, designed for precision cutting with the fixed teeth along the feed mixer's central line.
3. Diverse fibrous forages and straws are expertly cut and stirred, achieving a thoroughly mixed and consistently uniform diet feeding solution.
Outlet system:
The discharge door control system comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, fixed and linked supports, and a sliding discharge baffle. Positioned on the hydraulic cylinder's reciprocating axis, this sliding baffle efficiently manages discharge operations. Equipped with a powerful magnetic plate, it ensures thorough iron removal. Users may opt for an additional discharge conveyor. Furthermore, the discharge door can be custom-set to either the left or right side, aligning with specific user preferences.
