Product Description

Application:

This screw press is widely used to extract water from different vegetables, fruit, Chinese traditional medicine, kitchen waste, animal waste etc; It is widely used for solid-liquid separation of solid or liquid materials in various industries and squeezing and dehydration of waste residues.

Working principle:
This dewatering screw press is designed according to the principle of superimposed compression. It mainly relies on the cooperation of the feed box, spiral, screen and tail cone to achieve the purpose of dehydrating materials. The material to be processed is evenly transported to the feed box by pumps or screws. After being squeezed by the spiral blades and filtered by the screen, the liquid flows through the screen to the liquid collecting tray under the machine which picked up through pipelines, and the slag is transported to the designated place through a screw conveyor belt.

12. Since the variable diameter press relies on the screen to squeeze the material, its spiral is very easy to wear. The extrusion separator adopts the principle of superimposed compression and non-screen squeezing, thereby avoiding the wear of the spiral. Even if it encounters wear, it does not affect the use of the press.
13. The tail cone back pressure control adopts low-cost and easy-to-maintain pneumatic control, avoiding the disadvantages of hydraulic control that is unhygienic and difficult to maintain.
14. It can achieve the process requirements of squeezing while passing steam, hot water, solvents, ethanol, supercritical CO2, etc.
15. High dehydration rate or juice yield rate, some fruits and vegetables reach 85% juice yield, and some materials reach 20% dryness after dehydration, achieving a good squeezing effect.
16. It has automatic crushing effect, and the material can be squeezed without crushing, but it will affect the squeezing speed and slag dryness. It is recommended to match various crushers of our company.
