1. The raw material scope:
All kinds of sawdust, straws, cotton stalk, rice husk, crop stalks, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, forestry wastes, wood chips, chemical waste, city garbage, agricultural waste, solid powder material and other different wastes.
Raw material size: no more than 5mm. if not, please first crushed.
Raw material moisture: normal it is 13%-22%
2. Brief introduction:
(1) Use the cold press forming technique, polishing craft, good appearance, and compact structure;
(2)High capacity, low consumption, low noise, little trouble, high efficiency, continuous work, economic and durable;
(3)Whole machine is made by special high quality material, and KAF three-level gear box transmit equipments, main parts are used the high quality alloy steel with durable material, use the Germany vacuum stove hot principle, lifetime is bigger 5-7 times than common pellet mill.
3. Raw material moisture and size requirement:
Raw material moisture is required around 10-15%
Raw material diameter is not extending 5mm.
