The DZY276B pretreatment big oil processing machine is an advanced evolution of the original 32-type oil press, delivering superior performance and efficiency.
Compared to its predecessor, this machine features a hollow shaft water-cooling device to prevent cake sticking. The feeding system has been innovatively redesigned for reverse feeding. Its gearbox is an easily accessible up-and-down opening and closing box, with gears crafted using the gear grinding process. This ensures a longer service life and simpler maintenance through an integrated cold oil circulation system.
The pressed cake showcases an excellent shaping effect and vibrant color, making it ideal for subsequent leaching processes.
This big screw oil press machine demonstrates remarkable versatility, operating efficiently under varying moisture and temperature conditions. It functions as both a high and low-temperature machine. Even at a low pressing temperature of 70-80 degrees, it maintains optimal residual oil levels in the dry cake and minimizes protein denaturation.
Compact in design, the pretreatment oil press machine occupies minimal space, lowers maintenance costs, and is user-friendly.

6. The surface of the oil press undergoes shot blasting to eradicate rust, followed by polishing and dual coating with Everest brand glossy anti-rust paint. The topcoat is the prestigious Goldfish brand phthalocyanine green;
7. The main shaft and the reducer are connected with a square-head coupling, a method that prevents shaft breakage and fatigue fracture. The main shaft is a hollow cooling shaft equipped with an electric cake adjusting device;
