Introduction of the feed processing line:
This complete feed and wood processing line is our company's feed processing production line for animal and poultry farmers, frural cooperatives and feed manufacturers,also can be used for making wood pellet.
This feed production line can meet the needs of livestock, cattle, sheep and other full-price compound feed and grass feed.
The complete feed processing line includes crushing, mixing, granulating, cooling, screening and packaging and conveying equipment, complete technological process, with powerful functions, can meet the different needs of users.
This wood pellet making line can also make the pellets from sawdust, straw, stalk, thin wood chip and so on. It collects the material and mix, adjust the material to make one, small pellets. The technological process is successive, every unit performance is good, the aircrew structure is compact, Occupancy area is small, the energy consumption is low, it is convenient to operate it and maintain.
Working principle:
This feed processing line pulverizes various feed materials into powder particles by a pulverizer, and then sent to the mixer through a cyclone dust collector and an airlock by a fan.
The powder that does not need to be pulverized can be directly sent to the mixer through a screw conveyor.
Various raw materials are uniformly mixed in the mixer through the double spiral mixer, and then enter the silo through the screw elevator.
The materials in the silo are conveyed to the granulator by the adjustable speed feeder, and the finished particles are cooled and powdered by the cooling sieving machine.
After screening, the materials enter the packaging machine through a belt conveyor, and then packing pellet into bag and seal the bag to complete the entire production process.

The raw materials are feed stock, cover sawdust, twigs, straw, rice husks, and peanut shells and so on.
The range of diameter of pellets: 6-12mm, with pellet density of 1.1-1.3t/m³ and moisture content of ≤8%;

Introduction for the pellet making line
This line is a Turn-Key factory which includes crush machine, dryer machine, pellet machine, packing machine and so on. The moisture of the raw material is about 10-15% and the diameter is about 2-3mm. According to the materials of clients, we can choose the proper machines for the line. It can make 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm or 12mm sawdust pellets or feedstuff pellets.
