2.This machine can wash the wheat,remove the impurities from the wheat,is very suitable for medium-sized flour factory and home use.With good design,advanced technology,save water and electric,low consumption,is main equipment to improve the flour quality.
3.It is suitable for the cleaning section of the milling plant to separate the impurities such as juxtaposed stone and mud block in wheat. Through water washing, it can not only remove the pesticides, sand, stones, mud, eroded particles, insect eggs and other harmful microorganisms in wheat, but also play a role in watering wheat. Combined with the wetting process, it can change the special characteristics of wheat and its grinding performance.
This machine can reach following performance indicators:
Wheat water increase rate: 0.8-3%
Ash fall rate: 0.2-0.04%
Broken increase rate :less than 0.5%
Sand content: less than 0.03%
Water consumption: 500kg/h
