3.GPC4 series gear pump(for example)
The GPC4 series gear pump produced by our company adopts American VICKERS technology and uses the unique DU lubrication technology. The pump has an externally geared pump with axial flexibility compensation and radial hydraulic balance. The three-open structure consists of a front cover made of aluminum alloy, an intermediate body, a back cover, a gear made of alloy steel, a pressure plate made of aluminum alloy, and a seal. Front and rear cover are fitted with DU bearing. DU material is the ideal bearing material for gear pump, which can greatly improve the life of gear pump. The pressure plate is the main component of radial and axial pressure compensation, which can reduce the bearing load and automatically adjust the axial clearance of the gear, thus effectively improving the performance index and reliability of the gear pump.
