Product Description

Introduction:

This peanut peeler is mainly applied to the peeling before production such as milk peanut, peanut butter, peanut milk etc. It's with easy operation, simple structure, high net rate and easy maintenance.
 Peanut sheller machine is also called peanut huller or peanut peeling machine.  Peanuts are fed into a roller by a manual feeding hopper, shell kernels of the peanuts are stripped by utilizing the squeezing force between the rotation of the corrugated plate and the radian fence, the stripped peanut kernels and the shells simultaneously fall down through the front arc fence, the peanut shells are blown out of the machine by wind power of a fan when passing through an air duct, the peanut kernels and a part of unstripped peanut small fruits fall onto a specific gravity sieve together for sorting, and the sorted peanut kernels go up to a screening surface and flow into a bag for storage through a kernel outlet.  Part of the unpeeled peanut fruits are screened out by the sorting screen and peeled again.  can realize shell peeling. The machine optional wheel can be convenient to move, reliable performance, peeling clean, less damage, is a good helper for farmers or merchants shelling.
