Constructed for reliability and ease of use, the oil press features a robust assembly including a motor, motor frame, fodder system, transmission belt, reducer, pressing system, oil pan, cake system, and a user-friendly adjustment mechanism, ensuring seamless operation.
Operating Instructions
1. It is essential to thoroughly review the user manual to understand the unique performance characteristics and operational methods of the screw oil press, ensuring proficient and safe usage.
2. Prior to starting, conduct a comprehensive inspection to confirm that all fasteners are securely tightened, ensuring optimal safety and functionality.
3. Ensure the oil machine is connected to a three-phase four-wire power supply. Once powered, the spindle must rotate counterclockwise. For safety, a reliable grounding device is mandatory before operation.
4. Initiate the main motor by pressing the button (set the host switch to the positive position). The host should rotate counterclockwise. If the direction is incorrect, adjust the two live wires accordingly.
5. After installing the new oil press, proceed with 4-8 hours of grinding using oil cake and sand, ensuring not to fill the hopper with crops during this process.
6. Maintain a consistent feed rate to avoid overfeeding or underfeeding, which may lead to idle operation or machine damage.
7. Before shutting down, cease feeding and introduce a small amount of cake crumbs. Allow the machine to run until all materials are pressed and no cake is discharged. After shutdown, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise 1-3 turns and disconnect the power supply.
