1.Introduction of Pellet Press
1). YGKJ series efficient vertical ring die pellet machine is an ideal dense compression molding equipment.

2.Features of Pellet Press
1). Vertical Feeding
This design can feeding the materials into granulating room directly, and avoid jam in
granulating room .
2). Double-layer dies
Both sides of the die can be used, and when one side be used up, you can change the other side to continue using. This design increase the availability of die, and reduce cost.
3). Change die Equipment
According to the clients requirement,we make a design for changing the die,and install a lift equipment on the machine, it's convenient for clients to change the die.
4). Cooling System
As the pelletizing process will generate high temperature, it will lower the service life of die and bearing. Cooling system are considering this situation and avoid it happened.
5). Harbin Bearing

6). Reducer/Gear Box Brand--Tongli

8). Hydraulic Equipment to Install The Main Shaft
We use this hydraulic equipment to install the main shaft of wood pellet machine which is high precision, other supplier may use traditional way to knock it in,it may damage the shaft and bearing of wood pellet machine or have gap inside, after some time, the bearing of wood pellet machine will damage soon.
Shaft chamber material we use cast steel, not cast iron, all material of wood pellet machine is from the professional company, and provide the guarantee for the quality.
9).Automatic lubricating system
Which lubricate the bearing, dies and rollers ,increase the produce efficiency and reduce
energy consumption.It can work continuous 20-24 hours.
10).Two usage for user

. Main machine introduction:
Crusher
Introduction:
This crush machine can crush all kinds of wood, wood scraps, branches, wood chipper, plate edge material, wood bark,bamboo and other wood materials and straws into sawdust directly. It is small investment, low energy consumption, high productivity, high economic benefit, the crushed sawdust can be put into pellet mill directly.
Pipe dryer
Introduction:
Working principle: In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and raw material is large, so the heat transfer rate is high.
It is special suitable for drying heat sensitive material like sawdust, rice hull, milled wheat straw, milled cotton/ corn stalks and so on. It also can be used for drying the grain better.
The HGJ SERIES dryer has the feature of low cost and high efficient. It can reduce moisture from 60-70% to 8-12%.
Fuel for the furnace: wood waste, coal. Waste oil and so on.
Pellet machine
Introduction:
(1).It can make the biomass, sawdust pellet from corn straw,green waste,bamboo powder,grazing,straw,rice hull,all kinds of wood and so on. It also can make feedstuff pellets from corn ,oil cake the fish, chicken, animal and so on..
(2).Use the cold press forming technique, polishing craft, good appearance, compact structure;
(3).High capacity, low consumption, low noise, little trouble, high efficiency, continuous work, economic and durable;
(4).Whole machine is made by special high quality material, and KAF three-level gear box transmit equipments, main parts are used the high quality alloy steel with durable material, use the Germany vacuum stove hot principle, lifetime is bigger 5-7 times than common pellet mill.
Bucket conveyor
It is used to conveyor the pellets to pellet cooler.
Pellet cooler
Introduction:
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, so the wood pellet is easy to store.
Bucket conveyor
Introduction:
It is used to conveyor the pellets to pellet cooler.
Pellet packing machine
Introduction:
It is proper for all kinds of granular material (sawdust pellet, feedstuff, rice, silica-sand), powder material (potato meal, premix), mixed material, plate like (Pianjian , potato chips) and so on, it is also named multi-function packing machine .
Feature of machine:
1). Adopt high voltage static electricity spraying plastics craft;
2) Independent suspension sensor , message sending stable, confirm accurate weighting;
