Energy-saving measures: Windshields are installed at the material inlet and outlet to prevent cold air from directly blowing out of the insulation layer and cause cold loss, which effectively reduces the loss of cold capacity. In addition, a buffer room can be set separately.
The size of the single freezer insulation storehouse is 16000×4200×3900 (mm).
1. The design and production of the whole equipment are carried out in accordance with HACCP requirements to ensure food hygiene and safety, so that food processing enterprises can successfully pass HACCP certification and obtain food export permits.
2. The frame structure is made of stainless steel SUS304, all welded by argon arc welding.
3. The evaporator is made of aluminum tube and aluminum sheet, which adopts a large sheet spacing structure, so that the defrosting interval is long. The use of large fins makes frosting and cleaning extremely convenient and meets food hygiene conditions. Large-area aluminum alloy fin sleeve expansion technology is adopted, and the heat exchange efficiency is high. Evaporation tube thick-walled tube, through 24kg/cm2 pressure test.
4. Frosting method: the external water valve is used to centrally control the water for even frosting.
5. The storage body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is beautiful and generous overall. The thickness of the warehouse board is 120mm, the bulk density is ≥40kg/m³, and the four corners are made of special corner boards, which are formed at one time and have good thermal insulation performance. The inlet and outlet are equipped with a buffer room to effectively reduce power consumption.
6. There is a certain inclination at the bottom of the storage board, and there are drainage holes, which are easy to clean and ensure that there is no hygienic dead angle inside the equipment.
7. The whole warehouse body is equipped with an inspection door, which is convenient for cleaning and inspection in the warehouse. The inspection door is equipped with a live heating device, which can ensure flexible opening. There are maintenance and cleaning channels in the warehouse, which is convenient for entering the warehouse for washing and maintenance.
8. The mesh belt and chain transmission mechanism is adopted, and the mechanical failure rate is low. High-strength chains and sprockets are used to avoid chain deformation and fracture. The mesh is woven with high-strength stainless steel wire to ensure service life.
9. The mesh belt runs through a set of double worm gear reducers, and adopts a well-known brand inverter (standard configuration is Mitsubishi or Ori, which can be specified by the customer) to realize stepless speed regulation, and adjust the freezing processing capacity by changing the running speed of the mesh belt .
10. Set the type of mesh belt, the size of the mesh hole and the shape of the mesh buckle according to the type of incoming products to ensure that the goods pass smoothly and the ventilation resistance is small.
11. Equipped with air guiding device, and adopts high-efficiency and low-noise axial flow fan, through effective air flow organization, the freezing efficiency is improved.
12. The height of the grille air guide device is adjustable, and the corresponding channel height can be adjusted for frozen products of different thicknesses. This technology is used in the fluidized bed monomer freezing technology to shorten the distance between the tuyere and the frozen product, to increase the wind pressure and wind speed blowing over the surface of the frozen product, and to increase the freezing speed.
13. Electric control box: stainless steel shell, famous brand electrical components, equipped with storage temperature display, mesh belt running speed adjustment, emergency stop device.
