Product Description

                                               10TPD rice bran oil refinery plant       

 Flow chart:
Crude oil→ phosphoric acid degumming→ water washing,drying→dewaxing → decolorization(bleaching)→ deacidification→ deodorization→refined oil
 
1.Degumming, water washing,dephosphorization and drying.
Through adding concentration 85% food grade phosphoric acid(amount is 0.3-0.5% crude oil) and hot water to remove hydratable phospholipids and nonhydratable phospholipids.Then add caustic soda to neutralize free fatty acid to decrease acid value.

2.Winterization dewaxing
Drying oil and dewaxing refined oil to process hot exchange,into the crystallizing tank,to adopt the frequency adjust speed,crystal grain raising time 48 hours. Good pump into the dewaxing crystal filter. Filter using membrane filter, a filter press molding bran wax, to avoid secondary crushing ills and pollution of the environment.

3.Decolorization
Rice bran oil dewaxed by heat directly into the pot decolorization, vacuum suction by a certain percentage of bleaching agents, bleaching agents plus the amount determined by the quality of the oil. The degree of vacuum 0.085Mpa, after thoroughly mixing with stirring, the oil temperature was raised to 115 ºC, time of 20-30 minutes, the pump into the blade filter to filter, two filter units alternately continuous production process. Filtration, turbid oil decolorization tower to fight back after filtration, bleaching edible vegetable oil after two sets of security filters to the physical decolorizing section.

4.Physical deacidification
According to the characteristics of rice bran oil acid prices, in the process we are individually designed combination deacidifying deodorization tower, using flash and delay loop deacidification combination of methods. Whether high or low acid value, through this process to achieve a final acid value of three or four oil standards.
