Crafted with precision, the oil press is an assembly of a robust motor, motor frame, fodder, transmission belt, reducer, and a sophisticated pressing system. It includes an oil pan, cake system, and adjustment system, making it an engineering marvel.
Operating Instructions
1. Before anything else, immerse yourself in the user manual to understand the unique features and operational techniques of the screw oil press, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
2. Conduct a thorough pre-start inspection to confirm that all fasteners are secured, as safety and precision are our top priorities.
3. Connect the oil machine to a three-phase four-wire power source. Upon connection, the spindle should rotate counterclockwise. Ensuring the machine is properly grounded is imperative for safety and functionality.
4. Activate the main motor by pressing the designated button, ensuring the host switch is set to the positive position. Should the direction be incorrect, simply adjust the live wires to correct the rotation to counterclockwise.
5. After setting up your new oil press, it needs to undergo a preparatory grinding process with oil cake and sand for 4-8 hours to ensure optimal performance. During this phase, avoid using the hopper for crop loading.
6. Maintain consistent feeding practices, avoiding overloading or underfeeding, to prevent idle breaks and ensure continuous operation.
7. As you prepare to power down, cease feeding and allow a slight quantity of cake crumbs to clear the system. Once the residual material is fully expelled, and the cake outlet is no longer active, shut down the machine. Rotate the adjusting screw clockwise 1-3 turns before disconnecting the power.
