The DZY276B pretreatment big oil press machine oil expeller is an enhanced version of the original 32-type oil press, designed for superior performance.
Compared to its predecessor, this model features a hollow shaft water-cooling system to prevent cake sticking and a reverse feeding mode. The gearbox uses an innovative up-and-down opening mechanism, gear grinding process, and a cold oil circulation system, ensuring extended service life and simplified maintenance.
The resulting pressed cake is well-formed with an appealing color, optimizing it for leaching processes.
This versatile screw oil press machine adapts to various conditions, with no stringent requirements for moisture or temperature. It functions efficiently as a dual-purpose high and low-temperature machine, maintaining low denaturation of protein in the cake even at low pressing temperatures of 70-80 degrees, without affecting the residual oil index.
The pretreatment oil press machine is compact, minimizes maintenance costs, and ensures easy management.

1. The main gearbox gearbox (Jie brand reducer) is equipped with a cold oil circulation spray system, providing full lubrication to the gearbox bearings and gears, significantly extending their service life;
2. The main gearbox is developed with specific characteristics of the oil press in mind, featuring large gear modules, high strength, torsion resistance, thrust resistance, and low operating noise. The gears adopt hard tooth surface grinding technology;
3. The snails and bars are crafted from cemented carbide with a service life of not less than 6 months;
4. The outer cover plate of the oil press is manufactured from 304 stainless steel;
5. The oil press pulley is a high-quality Martin wheel;
6. The surface of the oil press undergoes shot blasting to remove rust, followed by polishing and two coats of Everest brand glossy anti-rust paint, topped with Goldfish brand phthalocyanine green topcoat;
7. The main shaft and the reducer are connected through a square-head coupling. This method prevents shaft breakage and fatigue fracture. The main shaft is a hollow cooling shaft equipped with an electric cake adjusting device;
