Introduction:
1. Wood pallet making machine is used to make the block for the pallet which is used into the transportation from sawdust, wood shaving and others wood waste;
2. Middle and around is heated evenly, high strength. The end pallet block is smooth surface and waterproof, durable for use. It could soaked in water 48 hours without cracking;
3. The end pallet block's size can be made according to customer's requirement, size range from 75*75mm to 145*145mm; One machine can make two different sizes block.
The production line of the compressed wood pallet machine:
(1)Wood crusher: If the material is bigger than 5*5mm, we advice first crush into small pieces
(2)Dryer machine: If the raw material moisture is bigger than 15%, should use one dryer machine to dry them
(3)Glue mixer: Use the glue mixer to mix the material with glue
(4)Wood pallet machine: Make wood pallet block
