Application:

This hydraulic flaker is mainly applicable in edible oil processing industry, oil seeds such as soybeans, peanuts, rapeseeds, sunflower seeds, and cottonseeds, which have been screened, stone-removed, crushed, and softened, are uniformly entered between two relatively rotating rollers with a certain pressure and gap, and are extruded into flakes that meet the requirements of the oil-extraction process.

The flaking mill machine is the core equipment in the pretreatment of the first process of oil extraction in the oil industry. The quality of the flakes directly affects the oil yield of the oil factory.

Main feature:
1. The roll control adopts square bearing housing, which makes the operation more stable and reliable, and makes the noise lower;
2. The design structure is unique, it is convenient to directly adjust the thickness of the flakes, and it has a reliable anti-collision function for the rollers;
3. Composite feeding with equalizing roller and toothed roller can be used to ensure more uniform feeding, and the feeding amount can be controlled by frequency conversion;
