This 200A-3 big steam cooker pre-treatment screw oil expeller machinery can be used for the pressing of husked rapeseeds, peanut kernal, soybean, olive, maize germ, tea seeds, rubber seeds, China pepper seeds, grape seeds, oenothera seeds, pepper seeds, castor seeds, orange seeds, coffee bean, peach seeds kernel etc.
The steam cooker softens the oil crops through steam heating and adjusts the temperature and moisture of the embryos, thereby increasing the oil yield.
The one-piece design saves space and delivery costs. The temperature of the steam cooker is easy to control, the water content is easy to adjust, and the height of the material layer is automatically controlled. The reasonable configuration of pressing bars and alloy pressing screws of the oil press ensures that the maximum capacity can reach 10T per 24 hours.
