This semi-automatic sweet potato fries line is especially for potato fries making. It can make chips and stick, also the size can be adjustable. And 2 persons can finish the whole line. The machines are made by food grade material stainless steel, safety and with long life time
The whole process includes: washing and peeling ----cutting potato --- blanching --- dewatering --- frying -- de-oiling --- packing

Dehydrator machine or Deoiling machine:
Use the centrifugal dehydration, reduce drying time, improve the taste of potato chips
Remove extra oil;
5. Flavor machine: By rotating, spray seasoning on the potato chips, keep no broken;
6.Vacuum package machine: Packing the potato chips with nitrogen.
