The DZY276B pretreatment big oil press machine is an upgraded product of the original 32-type oil press.
Compared with the original model, it features a groundbreaking hollow shaft water-cooling system to prevent cake sticking. The feeding method has been innovatively reversed, and the gearbox is now a convenient up-and-down opening and closing model. It utilizes advanced gear grinding technology and includes a cold oil circulation system, ensuring prolonged service life and simplified maintenance.
The pressed cake exhibits excellent shape and vibrant color, optimizing it for further leaching processes.
This state-of-the-art big screw oil press machine is highly adaptable, with minimal requirements for moisture and temperature. It operates efficiently as both a high and low-temperature machine. Even when pressing materials at a low temperature of 70-80 degrees, it maintains an excellent residual oil index and ensures minimal protein denaturation in the cake.
The pretreatment oil press machine boasts a compact design, leading to lower maintenance costs and ease of management.
