Operating instructions
1. Thoroughly acquaint yourself with the user manual to understand the unique performance characteristics and operational procedures of the screw oil press, ensuring smooth and safe usage.
2. Prior to ignition, conduct a comprehensive inspection to confirm that all fasteners are securely tightened, preventing potential operational disruptions.
3. Connect the oil machine to a reliable three-phase four-wire power supply. Ensure the spindle's counterclockwise rotation post-connection. Always utilize a secure grounding device for safety, as operation is prohibited without it.
4. Activate the main motor by pressing the designated button, allowing the host to engage in a seamless counterclockwise rotation. Should the rotation be incorrect, adjustments to the live wires will rectify the direction.
5. For newly installed oil presses, conduct a grinding process using oil cake and sand for 4 to 8 hours, ensuring the hopper remains free of crops during this stage.
6. Maintain a consistent feed rate, avoiding overfeeding or insufficient feeding, which could lead to equipment idling or damage.
7. Cease feeding prior to shutdown, and introduce a small amount of cake crumbs. Shut down only when the remaining materials are fully expelled from the pressing film, and no cake residue exits the outlet. Post-shutdown, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise 1-3 times before disconnecting the power supply.
