Working principle:
The screw press is a device that chooses physical extrusion to dewater. This equipment consists of a drive system, a feed box, a screw auger, a screen, a pneumatic material blocking device, a sump, a frame, etc. The material box enters the equipment and is subjected to progressive pressure extrusion under the conveying of the spiral auger. The excess water is discharged from the liquid outlet through the screen, and the moisture-removing material is continuously conveyed by the spiral auger, and then discharge from resistance device.
Main feature:
- Low operation cost: choose mechanical de-watering principle, no need extra heat source, and with low consumption cost.
- Continuous working with big volume: Adopt special technology to increase push force, increase working efficiency a lot.
- Slag out with low moisture: every material after detailed analysis to maximum the extraction rate, and reduce slag moisture content.
- Wear resistance and corrosion: main parts spray wear resistance materials, auger head with extra alloy tool; core part choose 304 stainless steel which can extend lifetime of the machine
- No need addictives: you can choose 0.3mm to 1.0mm sieve, and no need extra addictives to remove water.
