1. The shell, made from high-quality sheet metal and section steel, is expertly welded and assembled to form the core of the twin-shaft mixer. Its design ensures total enclosure, preventing fly ash and ash leakage, thereby significantly enhancing operational efficiency and reliability.
2. Central to the twin-shaft mixer's operation is the screw shaft assembly. It includes left and right spiral shafts, bearing seats, sleeves, and other essential parts crafted for maximum performance and longevity. Engineered with precision, each component seamlessly integrates to optimize function and durability.
Our mixer's left and right spiraling shafts boast superior manufacturing precision, ensuring excellent performance and alignment with bearing housings and covers. With a gear modulus of 8, 60 teeth, and a 20° tooth angle, matched by a sprocket pitch of 50.8 and 25 teeth, our machine promises precise, reliable operation. The protective covering of gears and sprockets ensures safety, while the pressure-matched injection oil cup simplifies lubrication. The wear-resistant composite ceramic mixer blade ensures non-stick operation and longevity, easily replaceable to maintain productivity.
3. Our innovative water conditioning and humidity piping system includes stainless steel atomizing cone nozzles carefully positioned within the mixer casing. This advanced design creates an effective water curtain along the spiral axis, enhancing material humidification and mixing. The durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel nozzles are easily replaceable, and moisture levels can be finely adjusted with a manual regulating valve.
4. The cover plate assembly comprises left, middle, right covers, hole cover, and six manholes on each side of the mixer. This configuration allows for straightforward inspection and maintenance, supporting efficient operation at the pneumatic conveying end of the system.
