Features:
1.The granules made by this machine are hard extruded by screw rod and steel plate, with regular shape, compact texture, less fine powder and not easy to absorb moisture. As the powdery material completes the pelletizing process in wet state, the operating conditions of the pelletizing and its subsequent processes (such as drying, packaging, etc.) have been greatly improved. Generally can reduce the site dust flying more than 90%.
2.Through the granulation, can avoid the powder products are prone to caking, bridging, pulsation and other phenomena affecting the use, while avoiding the use of powder in the process of secondary pollution, so that the physical properties of the product has been greatly improved. Generally speaking, the stacking specific gravity of granulated products has been greatly improved, so it can save the space for transportation, storage and packaging.
