Product Description

Application:
YJP series oilseeds pre-treatment screw food expander is mainly applicable for pre-treatment of all kinds of oil seeds and pre-pressed cakes prior to the solvent extraction process.
By extruding, it's easy for solvent soaking through the oil seeds cells and for extrusion of fat and oil, which increase the extraction and de-solvation efficiency.
The oil seeds expander stays short time in the extruding cavity, which is good for protecting raw materials quality. Therefore, oil seeds extrusion expander is an important machine to increase capacity, reduce consumption and improve product quality for the oil seeds processing factory.

Main structure:
YJP series oil seeds expander mainly consists of the main frame, bearing box, machine barrel, spiral shaft, template and direct steam input system, while the power transmission system constitutes the Y-series electric motor, small V-belt wheel, big V-belt wheel and the V-belt.
The big V-belt wheel serves as a flywheel due to the inertia generated by its heavy weight.

Working principle:
The flakes are fed into the feeding port by the quantitative spiral conveyor along the magnetic chute, and the steam is injected into the expander barrel through the direct steam throttle.
The main spiral shaft with broken tooth spirals rotates in the barrel, blending, pressing, heating, cutting and rubbing the feedstocks.
When the feedstock is extruded from the template holes or hydraulic ring dies in high temperature and high-pressure condition, it will expand due to sudden pressure release and evaporation.
