According to different material, we an make and design different capacity pelelt making plant, the whole plant is full-automatically, save labor cost, low consumption and high effenciency.
Our pellet making plant can make wood pellets from different wood material and straw as fuel for boiler and stove. For feedstuff pellets, one same line, the capacity will be 1 time than wood pellets.
The finished pellets diameter can be 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm according to clent's need.
The main process of the line includes:
Wood crusher( crush the big wood into small pieces like sawdust)
Dryer ( dry the raw material to proper moisture before making pellets)
Pellet making( press raw material into pellets)
Cooler( cool down pellets and remove some moisture)
Sieve(remove dust, and broken pellets)
Package (pack pellets into bags of required weight)
Note:The above is standard pellet making line process, some processes are alternative and adjustable according to different raw material and requirement of clients.
