1. Begin by adding water to the material intended for coating and mix until evenly distributed, ensuring a water content of 30%-40%. Next, activate the machine to commence the coating process.
2. As the ball plate operates smoothly, introduce the mixed material into the plate. The material ascends with the rotating ball plate and descends due to gravity, gradually forming a base core over 2-3 minutes with a diameter of 1-3mm. At this juncture, incorporate dry powder into the ball forming disc, simultaneously misting water into the disc, prompting the base core to expand. Once the desired particle size is achieved, the finished balls effortlessly overflow from the disc's edge.
3. To achieve the intended particle size of the finished product, adjust the ball plate's angle. A smaller angle yields larger particles, while a larger angle results in smaller particles.
4. Post-coating, ensure the ball forming disc is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for subsequent uses.
