The oil press is ingeniously engineered with integral components such as a motor, motor frame, fodder, transmission belt, reducer, pressing system, oil pan, cake system, and adjustment system, ensuring seamless operation.
Comprehensive Operating Instructions
1. Prior to operation, thoroughly review the user instructions to familiarize yourself with the screw oil press's performance characteristics and operational protocols.
2. Conduct a meticulous inspection before starting, ensuring that all fasteners are secure and properly tightened.
3. Connect the oil machine to a three-phase four-wire power supply. Once connected, ensure the spindle rotates counterclockwise. A proper grounding device is essential for safe operation and must be in place.
4. Activate the main motor button (switch the host to the positive position) to begin operation, verifying that the rotation direction is counterclockwise. If incorrect, adjust the two live wires as needed.
5. For new oil presses, grind with oil cake and sand for 4-8 hours before use, refraining from inserting crops into the hopper during this process.
6. Maintain a consistent feed rate to avoid overloading or underfeeding, preventing idle operation.
7. Cease feeding before shutting down and introduce a small amount of cake crumbs. Halt the machine only after the remaining materials in the pressing chamber are depleted and no more cake is discharged. Post-shutdown, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise 1-3 turns and disconnect the power supply.
