Introduction:
The 2TPH simple oil processing plant soybean oil press machine line is especially designed for small-mediun size oil mill factory which need the whole production line without experience.
the plant can be used for soybean oil from material oil seeds to cooking oil.
Technological process about oil processing plant soybean oil press machine line
Soybeans are transported into a 0.85M3 silo through a 5m screw conveyor, and enter into the soybean extruder. After the puffing, they enter the 7m horizontal feeder through the 4.5m screw conveyor, and then are discharged into three oil presses . After the cake from the oil press is output from the U-shaped conveyor of 7.5 meters below the ground, the cake passes through the screw conveyor and enters the hammer crusher to come out into powder. The squeezed oil enters the ground oil tank through the oil pipes. The clarified oil enters the leaf filter through the gear pump, the filtered oil flows out through the outlet, and the oil residue is poured out from the outlet below.
