The heavy-duty twin shaft spiral screw padddle mixer machine is ingeniously engineered with a multitude of components, including the casing, screw shaft assembly, driving device, piping, cover plate, and chain cover. For an in-depth understanding, refer to the random external supply drawing. The mixer boasts specific structural performance characteristics that define its excellence:
1. The shell, crafted primarily from sheet metal and section steel, is meticulously welded and formed at the factory, then seamlessly assembled with other components. Serving as the backbone of the twin-shaft mixer, the shell is designed to be tightly sealed, ensuring that there is no occurrence of fly ash or ash leakage, thus enhancing operational efficiency.
2. At the heart of the twin-shaft mixer lies the screw shaft assembly, a critical component comprising left and right spiral shafts, bearing seats, bearing sleeves, bearing covers, gears, sprockets, oil cups, blades, and more. Each component is engineered for optimal performance and durability.
The left and right spiraling shafts meet high manufacturing precision standards, ensuring superior process performance and compatibility with bearing housings, sleeves, and covers. With a gear modulus of 8, 60 teeth, and a 20° tooth angle, complemented by a sprocket pitch of 50.8 and 25 teeth, the mixer guarantees precise operation. The gears and sprockets are shielded by a protective cover for safe use. The pressure-matched injection oil cup simplifies lubrication, while the composite ceramic mixer blade resists wear and non-stick, promising a long service life. Its design facilitates easy replacement, ensuring continuous productivity.
3. The water conditioning and humidity piping system features nozzles, joints, and nozzles, with a stainless steel atomizing cone nozzle strategically placed inside the mixer casing. This configuration creates a water curtain along the spiral axis, optimizing material humidification and agitation. The nozzle's simple, replaceable design is crafted from anti-corrosive, durable stainless steel. Additionally, moisture content can be precisely adjusted via a manual regulating valve on the water supply line.
4. The cover plate assembly includes a left cover, middle cover, right cover, hole cover, and manhole cover. The mixer is equipped with six manholes on each side, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance by operators. The twin-shaft mixer serves efficiently at the pneumatic conveying end.
