Working principle
Granulation principle of flat die biomass granulator: The motor drives the main shaft of the machine to rotate after the speed is changed by the speed reducer, the main shaft is connected with the pressing roller shaft, the die is static, the pressing roller and the die material rotate by friction, the material is pressed out through the die, the pressed material is cut off by the cutter, falls into the material throwing disc, and is thrown to the discharge hopper of the machine, and the granulation is completed.
The gap adjustment between the press roller and the ring die of the flat die biomass granulator is an important link in the operation of the granulator. If the gap adjustment is reasonable, the granulator has high output, low energy consumption, good particle quality, small wear of the press roller and the ring die, and long service life. On the contrary, the particle machine can not work properly, the particle quality is not guaranteed, the roller and the ring die will wear seriously when the gap is too small, and even the ring die bursts.
